About our speakers:

Fatimah Al Mulsalmi

HR Specialist with many years of Experience in different HR fields: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training and Development. She worked as HR Coordinator and Specialist in Health and Educational Sectors. 

Fatimah also covers the role as HR department initiator, preparing all necessary tools, forms, and surveys. She works heavily in developing employees' HR functions through KPIs, Professional Development Program, Mentoring Program, Manpower planning. She also analyzes all data and details to successfully develop succession planning. Thanks to that, Fatimah has gained experience in dealing with different types and levels of internal and external customers. Having excellent people skills, creative thinking and attention to details is the key to her success.

 

Ramy Ibrahim

HR & Business Skills Trainer & Business Coach with 18 years of total Experience in diversified  fields:  HRM, Talent Management, Performance Management,  Training & Development & E-learning …etc. He is SPHRi Holder since 2016, and now an HRCI ambassador since March 2021.

He worked as management & OD consultant with different types of businesses: Banking, Telecommunication, Pharmaceutical, Hospital & Tourism, This gives him experience in dealing with different types of costumers with remarkable success, he has also successful working Experience with different types of colleagues & managers with a good reputation, carrying multiple responsibilities at work, whether the responsibility for achieving financial/people targets, leadership of the teamwork, directing colleagues, provide best customer service.


Nella Brown

Senior Partnership Account Manager at the HR Certification Institute. She has worked in the Business Development team for 5 years. She graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Integrative Studies, Concentration in Organizational Development. She has over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of customer service and account management. 

In 2018, Nella acquired her Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) and in 2020 earned her MBA. Her passion is to apply her problem-solving skills to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and net new sales. She currently lives in Maryland and enjoys spending time with her family and Shiba Inu dog.
