How can we manage our stress levels?

Stress is not always a bad thing: it can give you the incentive to overcome a challenge. In and of itself, stress doesn’t mean you’re destined to develop unhealthy eating patterns or mental exhaustion.

But at the same time, when you are chronically stressed, you may experience the desire of eating more, irregularly, you might prefer junk food or packets of snacks (as they are faster to be eaten - and you want to get back to your job asap) or you may even feel like not eating at all as you are full of work and spare not time for yourself.

We know, it's a fast-paced world and finding a good work/ life balance is not always easy, but we need to take care of ourselves as otherwise we can't take care of others, think properly, or work efficiently.

If you want to know how to reboot your energies starting from the way you feed your body, and mind, join us for this session with our registered nutritionist.

Come to the event, learn, ask questions, if you wish, meet new people.

After the session, participants are welcome to join the post-event networking gathering for women only. .
